3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed or cash on delivery has been selected and verified.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash on delivery, bank transfer, and other methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
  • Tahir Reviews Store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days upon approval.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our stated conditions.

7. Warranty

  • All products come with the official brand/manufacturer warranty.
  • Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective brand.
  • Tahir Reviews Store acts as a facilitator for warranty claims and does not provide independent warranty coverage.
  • Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.
