Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery across Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days
  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation
  • Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays or peak seasons

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

We currently deliver to all major cities and remote areas across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and beyond.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Here is how our cancellation process works:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel your order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone with your order details
  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days
